YourSocialRise provides campaign management, creator outreach, promotional services, analytics and related software tools. Services must not be used for fraud, impersonation, spam or platform manipulation.
2. Accounts and security
Customers are responsible for account credentials, authorized access and the accuracy of submitted campaign information. Suspicious activity may be paused for verification.
3. Payments and refunds
Wallet credits and payment methods are processed through configured third-party providers. Refund eligibility depends on delivery status, service terms and applicable consumer law.
4. Data handling
Only data required to operate accounts, payments, support and campaign delivery should be collected. Production deployments require a documented retention and deletion policy.
5. Acceptable use
Customers may not use the platform to violate third-party terms, distribute illegal content, harass users or misrepresent campaign outcomes.
